By purchasing from the RVA you agree to all the terms of use described, including the Return Policy.

Shipping and Receiving:

All shipments are FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid.
If the item is to be shipped to an address other than your billing address, we may require that address be listed with your credit card company. Most credit card companies accept this as a normal practice, and it protects you, the purchaser and us from credit card fraud. RVA reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address other than the billing address unless the alternate shipping address is also listed with your credit card company.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the shipment is refused, the buyer is responsible for all freight charges, which includes the original delivery and the return of the item to RVA or one of its warehouses. Special orders cannot be canceled

Freight Shipments:

All freight shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. When your shipment arrives you are required to visually inspect the package. Please look for any creases, rips, tears, or holes in the package and inspect further if found. Be sure to look at all sides of the package. If any damage is found please refuse delivery of the item and write the issues on the receipt slip. Please contact us immediately to resolve the problem. For bent fins on an air conditioner or small dents in non-visible areas please note on the bill of lading and contact us right away, preferably while the driver is still there.
Neither RVA nor the trucking company will be responsible for any damage that has not been marked on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.

FedEx, UPS, TNT etc.

We understand that sometimes a package will be left without a signature. If this happens, you have 2 business days to notify us of any damage to the package. RVA will not be responsible for any damage which has not been reported within 2 business days. Any package sent with a value of $500 or greater will require a signature at the time of delivery and should be inspected then.

Typographical Errors: In the event that a RVA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RVA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RVA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RVA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Pictures: All product photos and pictures are for representation purposes only. The actual product may vary due to monitor color representation, manufacturing changes, etc. RVA is not responsible for any color accuracy issues that may arise from product photos.
Term; Termination: These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by RVA without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice: RVA may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to RVA.
Miscellaneous: Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. RVA’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. RVA may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site: Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a RVA or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
